Clarity provides a range of consultancy services to help clients assess different technology strategies.
Strategic planning includes consultancy services that help clients assess their IT needs and formulate system implementation plans. Architecture planning includes advisory services that combine strategic plans and knowledge of emerging technologies to create the logical design of the system and the supporting infrastructure to meet customer requirements.
Operational assessment/benchmarking includes services that assess the operating efficiency and capacity of a client’s IT environment. Implementation planning includes services aimed at advising customers on the rollout and testing of new solution deployments.
Clarity provides tailor-made training services either from its dedicated training facility or directly in our clients’ offices. We provide end-user training on the technical products and services that we provide, including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and Windows operating systems.
In addition, we provide a suite of security training which ranges from security awareness training for staff including phishing, through to cyber threat and risk analysis education for boards.
